“ COYA city is a nice place for Peruvian cuisine. The service was quick and attentive. As we are new to the cuisine, we were suggested the tasting menu, and boy, we loved it! They make fresh guacamole right in front of us. We ordered piece sour (mango and chili) which paired very well. The starters, Ceviche, steak - all were delicious. ”
“ Five stars all round - from the moment we stepped in, all the staff were brilliant and created a wonderful experience for our dinner party. ”
“ We've been to this restaurant a number of times. They have another branch in Mayfair. Both are excellent. Food is really top quality, as is the service. There's a nice vibe to the place. It's not cheap but it's worth it for those special occasions. This branch is in the City, so expect to see some business dinners around you. The menu has shrunk over the years but it's still extensive and all the items we've tried have been flawless. ”
“ We visited this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary, we were really happy with our choice! Great service and AMAZING drinks!! About the food, the ceviche it was the only let down. Too mild! Ceviche HAS to be an explosion of flavours and unfortunately this wasn’t. All the rest was really good! Best part ofc at the end, the tres leches dessert was UNREAL!! definitely recommend it! very much appreciated they offered us a limoncello at the end of our meal for our anniversary, thank you! ”
“ Gorgeous atmosphere and incredible food and selection of wines. As a Peruvian, I appreciated the authenticity. ”
“ Coya City’s express lunch is a true hidden gem that offers not only exceptional Peruvian flavors but also an unforgettable dining experience. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the attention to detail in the restaurant’s layout—elegant, vibrant, and infused with authentic Peruvian charm, it created a perfect backdrop for a memorable meal. Starting with the Pisco Sour, it was flawlessly balanced and an ideal way to kick off the experience. The ceviche was a true highlight—fresh, zesty, and bursting with flavors that transported me straight to Peru. But the real star was the Carillela de Terna (beef cheek)—so tender it melted in my mouth, with rich, deep flavors that made it unforgettable. The staff took excellent care of me, ensuring that every detail of my experience was perfect. Their warmth and attentiveness added an extra layer of enjoyment to the meal. Coya City’s express lunch isn’t just a meal—it’s an experience. Whether you’re looking for a quick midday indulgence or a leisurely lunch, this spot excels in every way. I can’t recommend it enough and look forward to returning! ”
“ I was lucky enough to be invited for a business dinner at Coya City and the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, everything about this Peruvian restaurant exceeded expectations. The menu offered a wide selection of dishes, and we were treated to the "Menu de Las Estrellas" - a magnificent showcase of their culinary prowess. Every dish was phenomenal, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail. The Wagyu Baos with truffle emulsion were melt-in-your-mouth tender, while the Ceviche de Atun Chifa perfectly balanced yellowfin tuna with soy and sesame. I could sing praise of everything put on the table... The staff were knowledgeable about each dish, timing the courses perfectly and ensuring our glasses were never empty. Great wines accompanied every dish, thoughtfully paired to enhance the complex Peruvian flavors. The only minor critique I could offer was that the restaurant became quite noisy as the evening progressed, making conversation slightly challenging at times. However, this hardly detracted from what was an amazing gastronomic journey from start to finish. For anyone seeking a special dining experience with top-quality ingredients and exciting flavor combinations, Coya City is absolutely worth the visit. Highly recommended for business dinners or special occasions when you want to impress. ”
“ Big fan of all COYAs. Enjoyed this one as well. 150 for a fab tasting menu. Fresh ingredients and great flavors. Service a bit slow at times but nothing too bad. All wagyu dishes were amazing, as was the tataki and the ceviches. Peruvian food done really well with a great atmosphere. ”
