“ COYA city is a nice place for Peruvian cuisine. The service was quick and attentive. As we are new to the cuisine, we were suggested the tasting menu, and boy, we loved it! They make fresh guacamole right in front of us. We ordered piece sour (mango and chili) which paired very well. The starters, Ceviche, steak - all were delicious. ”

From the moment we arrived, everything about this Peruvian restaurant exceeded expectations. The menu offered a wide selection of dishes, and we were treated to the "Menu de Las Estrellas" - a magnificent showcase of their culinary prowess. Every dish was phenomenal, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail. The Wagyu Baos with truffle emulsion were melt-in-your-mouth tender, while the Ceviche de Atun Chifa perfectly balanced yellowfin tuna with soy and sesame. I could sing praise of everything put on the table... The staff were knowledgeable about each dish, timing the courses perfectly and ensuring our glasses were never empty. Great wines accompanied every dish, thoughtfully paired to enhance the complex Peruvian flavors. The only minor critique I could offer was that the restaurant became quite noisy as the evening progressed, making conversation slightly challenging at times. However, this hardly detracted from what was an amazing gastronomic journey from start to finish. For anyone seeking a special dining experience with top-quality ingredients and exciting flavor combinations, Coya City is absolutely worth the visit.
